2. How do I order school uniforms?
You can easily order online via our website. Simply select your school, choose the items you need, pick your sizes, and check out. If you need help, just give us a call or drop us an email—our friendly team is here to help!
3. How do I know what size to order?
We provide detailed size guides for every item. Still unsure? Take advantage of our free home fitting service—just book online and we’ll bring sample sizes to you. You can also check out our blog for tips on measuring your child.
4. Can I personalise my child’s uniform?
Yes! Every uniform comes with a free heat-sealed name label in the collar.
5. How long does delivery take, and how much does it cost?
Delivery is just £1.50 per order—no hidden fees, no matter how much you buy. Most orders are processed and delivered within 7 working days. During peak times (June–August), delivery may take up to 14 days. We’ll always keep you updated on your order status.
6. What is the cashback scheme for schools?
For every uniform purchased, we give 5% of the sale back to your school (if they’re enrolled in our cashback program). This helps schools raise funds while families get quality uniforms.
7. Are your uniforms eco-friendly?
Definitely. Our uniforms are made from at least 40% recycled bottles, delivered in compostable bags, and we plant 30 trees every month to offset our carbon footprint. We’re certified carbon neutral by Carbon Neutral Britain.
8. Can you embroider my own items?
Yes! We offer an embroidery-only service for just £4.00 per logo, with free collection and delivery in the local area.
9. What if I need to exchange or return an item?
No problem! Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Please note if your child’s name is printed in the garment, it will be un-returnable, please take advantage of our free fitting service. Processing usually takes up to 10 days. Please contact us to arrange your return.
11. How do I contact customer support?
You can reach us by email, phone, our website, or Facebook Messenger. We aim to reply to all queries within 12 hours (and within 2 hours on social media).
